Our Delivery & Shipping Policy

Secure delivery:

When you buy through us, we act as an intermediary between you and the artist. This is a secure process as we will coordinate the delivery of the artwork to you and hold your funds until you receive your purchase as presented on our platform. If a problem occurs and you do not receive the artwork, we will refund you immediately. Our Return & Refund Policy

Purchase confirmation:

We will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to confirm the artwork availability and put the artist in touch with you to make arrangements for local delivery, pickup or shipping according to your location and requirements. If shipping is required, the artist will send you your tracking number for delivery.

Shipping arrangements and costs:

Depending on the chosen option, local delivery is usually free of charge or at low cost (most artists offer pickup and/or local delivery at no cost - certain conditions may apply). If shipping is required, the artist will secure your agreement for the arrangement including cost and charge you directly.

Delivery times:

Delivery times will depend on your geographical distance from the artist:

Same region: 2 to 7 working days
Across Canada: 7 to 15 working days
Outside of Canada: 7 to 21 working days

Viewing artwork prior to purchase:

According to your location and artist’s availability, it may be possible to meet the artist and view the artwork in which you are interested. Please contact us for any such requests.
