Refund policy

Our Return & Refund Policy 

When you buy through us, we act as an intermediary between you and the artist. This is a secure process as we will hold your funds until you receive your purchase. If a problem occurs and you do not receive the artwork, we will refund you immediately.

All online sales are final. Ateliers Müz does not offer reimbursements or exchanges unless there is an issue. The following cases qualify for return and refund if reported within 24 hours of delivery:

  • the artwork arrives defective or damaged
  • the artwork is not the same as the one you purchased or it significantly differs from the one in the image shown for purchase
  • the dimensions of the artwork do not correspond to the information presented when purchased
  • the artwork is an edition or reproduction of one sold as an original.

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception and in case of any issues:

  1. contact the Artist immediately so that she/he can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. contact us immediately so that we can monitor the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
  3. retain the original packaging and shipping slips.
