Projet Artistique:

Par ma peinture je cherche à témoigner de ce que la vie me donne, le partager avec d'autres et à jouer un rôle d’antidote à la laideur , aux contraintes et à la tendance au formatage de notre société. J’ai choisi l’aquarelle pour le charme des transparences et la luminosité aussi bien que les couleurs denses qu'on peut trouver dans mes tableaux. L’aquarelle est un défi de réflexion et de planification dans lequel je cherche à moduler contrôle, spontanéité et contraste à travers les nuances offertes par l’effet de l’eau sur les pigments.

Artistic statement:

Through my painting I seek to bear witness to what life gives me, to share it with others and to play a role of antidote to ugliness, constraints and the tendency to format our society. I chose watercolor for the charm of the transparencies and the luminosity as well as the dense colors that can be found in my paintings. Watercolor is a challenge of reflection and planning in which I seek to modulate control, spontaneity and contrast through the nuances offered by the effect of water on the pigments.
